YOUR $99 SCREENING WILL INCLUDE:

    • CT scan of the heart to detect signs of blocked arteries

  • Laboratory Blood Tests:

    • Lipid Panel: Total Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides
    • Diabetes Testing: Hemoglobin A1C

  • Blood Pressure Evaluation

  • Body Mass Index

  • Overview of Results with a Baptist Health Cardiovascular Specialist

*Must be between the ages of 30 and 85 without a previous diagnosis for coronary artery disease. Be sure you do not eat before the screening, do not wear lotion and wear loose clothes.

Baptist Health Heart Institute is offering the BHeart Healthy screening program as a community service to encourage the early detection of cardiovascular disease in our community.

Our hope and goal are to provide our community with the tools to identify heart disease at its earliest stages. This BHeart Healthy screening is not designed to provide treatment recommendations or establish doctor-patient relationships. All participants in the BHeart Healthy screening program are advised that it is their obligation to follow up on all test results with their personal physicians.
Participants who do not have current physician relationships are encouraged to establish doctor-patient relationships and follow up on the test results and their management. The providers affiliated with the BHeart Healthy screenings program will not be able to provide treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or make management decisions.
